Our work team consists of two coordinators in Germany and 12 employees in Ghana (5 in Accra, 1 in Kumasi and 6 in Bolgatanga). We are a team from different professions, nationalities, genders and generations, united by our common goals. Together with our production groups, an effective, cost-bearing infrastructure has been built up in Ghana over the years.
