After signing petitions tirelessly, sharing and retweeting posts, having countless conversations about racism, buying books to educate myself further than the experiences id already faced, and refreshing pages every 10 minutes to receive updates about protests, i still felt like i wanted to do more – so i made a piece of art to depict the frustration i was feeling. The frustration that i couldnt remember all the names, all the stories, all the lives lost, there were so many i couldnt count. I wanted to be able to do something. Feel like i could be a part of permanent change. I guess
