Passionate about makeup since I was little, 10 years ago I started my career as a makeup artist. After obtaining my professional makeup artist certificate, I joined the TV sets: TELESUD, RADIO CLASSIQUE (in partnership with LCI), TF1, FRANCE 2, M6, NRJ12, FRANCE 5, BFM TV.

I specialize in the image of great personalities; I had the honor to make up several heads of state including the French presidents: Emmanuel Macron, Nicolas Sarkozy and Valéry Giscard d’Estaing. I also worked with Bernard Arnault, Édouard Philippe the former French Prime Minister, Marlène Schiappa Secretary of State, Marine Le Pen. Ministers Rachida Dati, Rama Yade and Ségolène Royal also trusted me, as did the African heads of state.
In 2017, I created my Lauren Morgan Academy training center.
I waited a long time before opening my school, because I wanted to enrich my experience, pass on my know-how and the realities on the ground.
I had the opportunity to discover magnificent places which, for a young black woman, are normally inaccessible.
Being an artist and entrepreneur is not always easy because makeup is not enough: you have to develop other faculties, other skills.
High-end service requires excellence and attention to detail. It is in this context that I developed my client protocol which allows me to retain my customers.
My team and I have trained more than a hundred students around the world: Paris, Lomé, Brazzaville, Pointe-Noire, London and New-York.
We will continue to train the artists of tomorrow.
The program we are putting in place responds to concrete expectations of students on technique and business management.
Today, the launch of my cosmetic brand aims to help women appropriate their beauty and uniqueness.
