Coming from a family of entrepreneurs, passionate about the food industry. It was naturally that I turned to cooking. My major asset is the creation of new innovative food recipes between modernity and tradition.

This idea of ??creation was born from my desire to share African gastronomy with my host country. I was inspired by the Spanish concept with the tapas that I discovered during my stay in Spain in 2007, for the pleasure of snacking while exploring the richness and diversity of African flavors.
